So as per the statement from the close friend of the MP, ....the MP did rape the Taiwanese woman. This could be a cucial witness in the court for the police to charge the rapist.

Surely no one is surprised that the police offered to make a rape charge go away for a fee....................this is often reported and now considered normal with the corrupt Royal Thai Police.
