What company in their right mind would apply for a non B visa and have to apply to stay in the country every 90 days? Whether a 3 month or 12 month stay, its not right that a business that supports the Thai economy and pay taxes is subject to strict rules reporting every 90 days. That takes time and resources away from a company. Believe me, companies will look at other countries before choosing Thailand. Stop this 90 day nonsense.
