It is normal for bank officers to cheat innocent peoople by forgery....it is very common in Thailand as most of those cheated are from province and are not well educated to read and understand the content

Yes. I have heard similar stories of unwitting customers being fleeced by their trusted bank employees. If you can’t trust your local bank what hope have you got.

It would be good to know which bank this is, and what the conclusions of the investigation are. Kasikorn had issues with rogue employees a few years ago but seem to have sorted out the issue.
