For others, the advice is clear: obtain a tax identification number and file a return by March 2025.

This is totally untrue. These people are just looking for business.  Their advice is deeply flawed. Each individual needs to take their own advice.  There is no rule that fits all, as the law has not changed, or been amended. I suggest that Members see the Integrity Legal U Tube posts and listen to Ben Heart, to get a true balanced appreciation of the present situation.  Ben has produced a number of vids over the past few months that are very informative, and free.

I think he brings out a good point these Falang firms aren't qualified to advise folk same as the YouTubers by all accounts these firms are more interested in getting you into their Office to sell you other products.
