That idea was discredited decades ago. Many people, me included, operate the 16/8 approach to eating, 16 hours of fasting overnight and morning and eating only during the following 8 hour's. It isn't good for  everyone, for example, manual workers, but for very many of us, especially those who are retired, its a good way to approach healthy eating. In the view of many, no one meal is more important than another.  What matters is what you eat.

No need for replies. I only posted this out of boredom.  The last thing I need is to engage in a debate on other  people's eating habits.
