Copy and paste from the tatnews site... link below. looks like Boonsiri to Koh Kut is still running... you could try calling the number and see... looks like Trat, the mainland is in the "red" zone so travel would be possible. Likely a lot easier if you would be traveling from a non-"Dark Red" Zone. 

Boonsiri High Speed Catamaran

From 1 August, 2021, Boonsiri High Speed Catamaran is operating a daily service between Ko Kut and Laem Sok Pier. Departure from Ko Kut is at 10.00 Hrs. and return departure at 14.20 Hrs. 

The company will also operate a special charter private catamaran between Laem Sok and Ko Kut, with the price starting at 40,000 Baht.
