So... according to you... if you are in private and two people consent to using drugs for instance, they should be able to do that... there are far reaching consequences to immoral and illegal behavior that nullifies "in private"... trafficking in humans, drugs, guns, etc outweighs your "in private" argument... illegal and immoral stand alone and have nothing to do with whether it is in private or public.
