Completely agree, or even just 1 test before you leave Phuket just to show you haven't caught it whilst there and will take to another province. I'm from the UK and it's SO much easier to go to multiple other countries over Thailand as they're just making it virtually impossible to plan/go

I agree. But the problem is not all people have a smartphone. Some older people still use a GSM, and I know people who don't even have that.
