2 things here first of all I think the important word here is "temporary" as he will undoubtedly not get fired for his extortion, second he was not temporarily removed for 'collecting traffic fines personally' he got temporarily removed for getting filmed and it hitting social media. The senior officers will continue to act like they don't know the majority if not all of their officers are corrupt!
