I hope this is a successful project. I regularly go to the Thai MotoGP but unfortunately the major drawbacks of this event are the distance from Bangkok and lack of availability of accommodation in Buriram.

I have only managed to get accommodation for an event at Chang Circuit in Buriram city once, and that was for the 2017 WSBK round.

All the other times I have had to stay in towns outside of Buriram such as Surin, Korat and last year at Nang Rong which was much closer to the track. Makes for a very long day, especially after a few drinks the night before 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫.

I know that MotoGP will need to remain at the Chang Circuit as a street MotoGP race would be too dangerous and in by opinion the Chang Circuit is an excellent track for viewing the race (especially if you are in the main grandstand), but a major racing event  based in Bangkok would be awesome.
