But MP Mongkolkit Suksintharanon took it one step further, challenging PM Prayut to a bare-knuckled kickboxing match for the prime ministership. The parliament member is the leader of the Thai Civilised Party and posted a message on Facebook Thursday making the challenge to PM Prayut, suggesting a 3-round kickboxing match at Lumpini Stadium. He offered to use only his feet and right arm as a handicap since he is much younger than the prime minister in a bare-knuckle fight. Mongkolkit proposed that if […]

"He suggests that some of Mongkolkit’s online comments could constitute defamation against PM Prayut, and the challenge to fight could be considered a criminal threat to the prime minister. A probe into the incident and Mongkolkit’s ethics will be requested."

So he thinks martial arts is a criminal threat? This law can so easily be abused and spin anything the way that benefits you.

But am I the only one who thinks it's a pretty good idea tho. As they are so concentrated on money, they could make a shitload of money on a fight. Look at Conor McGregor.

Should be a woman challenging him.

He'd probably spray alcohol-based hand sanitizer at her, like he did to the female journalist.

Guess he's after some publicity, but this just makes him look immature.

Btw, does Uncle still sing his songs...?

Perhaps he could adapt some of these:
"Ain't No Stopping Us Now", "All I Do Is Win", "We Will Rock You", "Eye Of The Tiger",

This challenge to the PM for a bare-knuckled kick-box match comes from an MP from the Thai Civilised Party.  I wonder what kind of challenges he receives from MPs from the Uncivilised Party...

Hand-to-hand combat with a banana? Combat with permanent luminous paint spray? Talking nineteen-to-the-dozen?
Our illustrious leader would win the last one as long as bullsh!t wasn't banned.

So funny.  I’d pay to see it.  Then it wasn’t so funny when I read the cabinet is looking into whether this suggestion breaks any laws.  Welcome to Thailand.

That reminds me of Saddam Hussein who proposed a duel with George Bush to settle their differences. Didn't seem like a bad idea to me at the time. Certainly would have saved a lot of lives.

Mmmm made waves before tried to legalise Sex Toys and Gambling. 🤔🤣🤣🤣🤣

What's wrong with legalising sex toys, nobody needs to use them if they don't want to, as for gambling it's the same, no one is forced to gamble. What is wrong with having gambling casinos if they are run properly?

The same applies to prostitution, as long as there is no underage sex and no one is forced to do anything against their will. Prostitution should be made legal.

There is too much of this nonsense, you must not do this and you must not do that just because certain people don't like it.

Lastly, may I point out, I do not use sex toys, do not gamble in any way, and do not use prostitutes, but I do not condemn anyone who does.
