I haven't been to a mall for many years. Go to markets for my designer garb. I like being the stoosh one at the farm. I notice the ducks look at me differently when I'm wearing me Burtons shirt.

I was at a small street restaurant in Sawang Daen Ding a few years back. Mrs Snaps had disappeared down the road to buy something or other. I was drinking a beer and taking in the scenery. This lovely, young bit of stuff was behind the counter, As soon as the wife vacated, she scurried over, and handed me a bit of paper with English on it. What did it read?

a - Work bar in night 0875277664

b - Most hansum man 0875277664

c - Wife gone - take away me - I young.

d - Fresh dog meat just in - get take out for wife surprise.

Yup, you got it. 'd' it was.

Didn't know it at the time, but Sawang daen Ding is an enthusiastic dog-eating area. In the province of Sakon Nakhon.

I went to SN, didnt see dog anywhere.

They are scared to show their faces over there.

Used to be regular dog wagons coming round the villages before the military came in. I've seen as many as 20 dogs in the back of pick-ups. Absolutely heartbreaking to see the bewilderment on their faces. They were destined for Sak Nak.
