One would have wished  and expected that they were already aligned? 

They will never be aligned... Thai Air Asia continues to fall short at every turn bilking customers out of unearned revenues and blaming it on their IT provider.

That has nothing to do with aviation standards, that are safety based. That's a commercial issue, nothing to do with this MoU.
