As many prominent virologists have claimed that vaccinating at early stages of a pandemic will only increase the variants... hmmm we shalll see...

If we look at history, The Spanish Flu never ended. It morphed to another strain that didn't kill its host. Strangely enough, no virus is actually "alive" in the way we think of life, so no thought process can be involved in the virus' actions. I suspect we will deal the best we can with this pandemic until it fades into the background. Never fully gone, just a kinder, gentler virus.
