I thought this bloke was put out to pasture. ‘I’m an old man who just wants to spend time with my grandchildren’, was the he was peddling upon his return. He just can’t help himself.

Sounds like the military have come to an agreement with him and allowed him to perform so long as he doesn't rock their nice lucrative boat!
