Not only did he behead & enviscerate the pups, he took photos! 4 x 1 month & 4 x 10,000 baht doesn’t see long enough. Hopefully the cops, prosecutor and judge conspire to keep this guy in jail for a long time.

"Tao was initially charged under Section 382 of the Criminal Law for committing cruelty to animals or killing them without necessity. The penalty is imprisonment of up to one month, a fine of up to 10,000 baht, or both."

Seems to me this is a very lenient sentence for a disgusting violent crime. I hope at the least he gets the maximum for each pup so gets to spend 4 month in jail and ends up 40,000THB poorer.

Hideous behavior and deserves the severest penalty possible.

Agree with Khunmark, this behavior is a precursor to more severe crimes in the future.
