"Tao was initially charged under Section 382 of the Criminal Law for committing cruelty to animals or killing them without necessity. The penalty is imprisonment of up to one month, a fine of up to 10,000 baht, or both."

Seems to me this is a very lenient sentence for a disgusting violent crime. I hope at the least he gets the maximum for each pup so gets to spend 4 month in jail and ends up 40,000THB poorer.
