Is he banned from international travel or can he return to Thailand and do the same things again?

So a paedophile who destroys the lives of two kids yet only gets 3 years and 3 months sentence (he will get a third off with remission) so will actually only serve 2 years. Such a shame that he won't be serving his time in a Thai prison but instead in a protected wing of a Scottish prison so that other inmates can't get at him.

If he has been in Thailand for 40 years I wonder how many Thai girls he has also had fun with?

Hopefully he is banned as a convicted criminal and if he ever turns up again, he is turned away.

However, with a bit of luck, some people here lodge complaints and he does come back. They arrest him and he spends time in a Thai jail - they will treat him very very badly and he deserves it.
