welcome to the forum. yes the massage places have remained open here in HH. I think the high end spa places in hotels are closed as are gyms and hair salons now. i have to get my hair cut in the back room now which is fine by me. there are two bars on Soi 80 that never close. not sure about massage on 80.  the beach is open no masks required.
