The man is clearly an ignorant short stay tourist as he has not fulfilled even the most basic requirements of Thai culture. At a minimum, any self respecting maniac should have in his possession 1 unregistered firearm, a favored machete, at least half a dozen yaba tablets and a broken heart because a girl recently dumped him. Deport the slow learner.
