My wife and family lived in 2 houses in Samut Prakan and both would turn into lakes with heavy rain

 

Flooding all inside the house 

 

We bought a house in Nonthaburi and what a relief not to worry every time it rains heavy

Tides do not rise 'unexpectedly'.  People with no general knowledge/common sense, get caught 'unexpectedly'.

Mid November tides will be even higher than yesterday & today  If there's a strong southerly wind, then flooding may occur yet again.  Simple.
