Can't say I really approve of police officers punching kids in the face but why was a 13 year old not legally old enough to ride a moped/motorcycle riding one seemingly with his mothers blessing? Maybe he was a mouthy gobshite and deserved a smack but repeated punching is going a bit far! -

Have the Royal Thai Police changed their uniform colour? ........or is the writer just too lazy to check what colour uniforms the police were wearing despite there being pictures with the article? -
