Can't say I really approve of police officers punching kids in the face but why was a 13 year old not legally old enough to ride a moped/motorcycle riding one seemingly with his mothers blessing? Maybe he was a mouthy gobshite and deserved a smack but repeated punching is going a bit far! -

"Section 371 of the Criminal Law: Carrying a weapon in a public place without a valid reason. The penalty is a fine of up to 100 baht, and the weapon will be confiscated." Seriously! 100 THB fine for carrying a weapon in a public place!
