Aside the fact, that just 60 baht is now "for insurance":

Once every 30 days even the frequent border  crosser would need to pay.

Or are they exempt from the insurance and dead money , too?

And why the heck arent they  charging it with the airline tickets, like they do with the 700 baht departure taxes, too?
