If the EC decides that this matter has some reality and Phue Thai might be guilty they will send it to the Constitutional Court. If the Court rules Phue Thai guilty and the Party is disbanded and its leaders are banned for 10 years, like they did to Move Forward, IMO that will result in the economic collapse of Thailand. This is a big issue - really really big.
