He should never have been let out of jail after killing his grandmother years ago. 

And never listen to any woke liberal who complains 'why didn't the Police use the taser instead of killing him'. This Thai guy is not a big man and yet he was able to 'ignore' the taser shot and keep attacking the policemen. Imagine someone twice as big coming at you with a knife - probably lucky than one of the police had his gun out and when the taser failed he was able to shoot him in the leg. But I must say - a chest shot would have been a more ideal decision - best for everyone me thinks.
