Oh dear, Oh dear.  We can all see what is clearly going on.  There is no particular orbital advantage in launching from Thailand, as opposed to say from Hainan Island, or other locations in Southern China, or even from the disputed (by China)  islands off the Philippines.  And, of course, their satellites are never used for Military purposes, of course not.

And all for a couple of lazy, good for nothing, useless, black and white bears, who can't even be bothered to sxxg each other.
