Employers in Thailand’s fishing industry are being urged to provide their workers with a monthly wage to improve their quality of life. The Bangkok Post reports that Oxfam in Thailand is calling on companies in the fishing sector to provide more help for their employees during the pandemic. Chakchai Comthongdee from Oxfam says most workers only receive a daily wage, with no payment for days they don’t work. Oxfam is a charitable organization with very interesting approach "Feminist approaches guide all our analysis, action and interaction." according to their website. With all do respect, they better turn their heads and energy to sex workers in Thailand
