When I was working in Iraq all our power was via a big diesel generator.

Each morning I'd have to refuel and check the gene.  And nearly every day had to get the unauthorised 'hook ups' taken off our machine.

I don't know how these mongrels managed to wire into our system during the night as the gene never shut down. Clever bastards, and no one ever was ever reported getting electrocuted.

They should give him and incentive - who buys your wiring - take us there.

Arrive with a squad and check all wiring for proof of purchase - confiscate that not proven. Then nail the purchaser with heavy fines and even jail - they wont steal it if no one will buy it.

They will/should. The defendant can earn 50% off his sentence if he pleads guilty and helps the police with their enquiries aka grass up people. That’s how the cops roll up some drug networks from the street dealer level up.
