I'm glad the officials gave a health warning about the fish. 

I wouldn't risk eating them.  Same applied in NZ after the big earthquakes in Kaikoura.  Hundreds of rock lobster washed up or stranded by earth being raised up out of the sea. 

Absolutely love lobster but like any seafood, if it goes bad it's best not to touch it. 

Maybe Thais have a stronger constitution....
