Not currently. (But right now you can't even fly to CM via BKK either. So there's that.)

Clarification

Remembering, that regardless of who you are or what your status might be, you are still required to hunker down for two weeks quarantine - applies to everyone. 

Even if their were flights currently to CM, you're still mandated by the process to quarantine in BKK.
