Sounds to me like the Russian coughed up a substantial some of money for the police to 'make this incident go away' unless she lives under a rock surely this actress understands that this is the norm for the Royal Thai Police.

It is not a surprise as the guy who kicked the doctor is also being left squat free. Foreigners know that they are untouchables. It is time that the locals had to protect themselves from such attack by foreigners. Better defend oneself by cracking few heads of the trouble making foreigners so that they rest will behave properly and know where they stand.
