So a boy racer event of approx. 50 motorbikes and/or scooters went down.  Cops turned up and managed to apprehend a grand total of 1 biker. 

Methinks perhaps more chance of winning lotto than getting caught by the cops.  No wonder the boy racers aren't afraid of the BiB. Not much chance of getting caught based on stats.
