I have never advocated physical resolution to disagreements... but her actions would highlight a news reel on reasons pro... his time is money to him and she is stealing it by not immediately paying what's owed.

Maybe she offered another form of payment but it wasn't small enough!

Got a certain amount of sympathy for the driver here, sounds like she was not intending to pay him.
