Seems to me the gunman (boy) and his mates should all be charged. How about some follow up investigation and arrest of the person who supplied the weapon to a 15 year old boy?

The victim is dead and the accused is arrested. The weapon used is collected as evidence with the bullet intact. The gun was supplied by an unknow stranger who's identity is unknows. Hence the case ends here and the file is considered closed.

That is what follow up investigations are for in most countries to apprehend ALL parties in the crime. I appreciate that where the Royal Thai Police are concerned half a job is considered enough allowing the supplier of the gun to continue to supply schoolkids with guns.
