Strange to say innocent until proven guilty.... TiT.  Since when has that ever applied to foreigners? 

So cause he's a religious type he can do no wrong!???

For that sort of allegation how can he be given bail? Oh yeah I forgot he is a monk and can do no wrong!

Further more why do they believe he is being framed because he can predict lottery numbers? 

What the heck has that got to do with anything.  This is a rape investigation involving up to 10 perpetrators. Some allegedly involving people who are held in high regard. 

There is a lot missing in this story.  But if it is all true then authorities need to stamp out these people who abuse that trust.
