If all the humans that ever lived peed in the seas, the level of the oceans would not have risen one mm. If all the human on the earth at the present time all waded into the sea, the rise would be is 1.2 mm.

Approx 2.8 million litres per second flow over the combined Niagara/Bridal and Horseshoe falls in Northern America. 

Not sure what that equates to for sea levels but its a fair amount of water.

It's all just part of the water cycle, evaporation and condensation in equilibrium, we can't make any more water than is already on the planet in different states.
