"Further investigation into Panomporn’s background revealed an extensive criminal history. He was previously convicted for gang-raping a 15 year old girl and served an 18-year sentence at Phitsanulok Special Prison. He was released in February 2020 but did not reform, as he repeated similar offences."

When are they ever going to learn that these paedophiles NEVER reform. Either lock them up forever or better still end their lives!

I have to agree totally.  This dirt bag should be 6ft under. A warning shot between the eyes. 

He already ruined 2 people's lives (That we know of... could be more) .  

He has no right to be treated as a human.

Well...if one goes deeper down, these incidents of Children being aboused is a common affair in Thailand. Only thing is that most of the incidences are compromised for a nominal exchange of cash after it has been mediated by someone. The difference is the rate of compensation differe from place to place. Most cases surace to social media because they want more....and once that is negtiated, it is swept under the carpet.

As I always mentioned in such cases......Castration of the culprit is the only way to reduce the exploitation of innocent children
