Out of all the thai dishes I have tried in 20 years 

 

Larb Moo was probably the one that I was most impressed with instantly 1st bite

I’d say in the unknown tally of all the Thai dishes I’ve ever eaten. Larb Gai would be the one I’ve had the most times.

The missus cooks it two or three times a month, of course her version is the best
