That depends on what you think is unique.

Apart from it also being the location of the regional 4 headquarters, and yet another new building which looks more like a tower of residential flats than an Immigration complex.

Fail.  Ask your 'friends' that have been there - if your claims are true then they will know immediately. You wont know it by looking on Google - try again.

Well, my claim is that I have provided a document checklist for extensions used in many Provinces successfully, and by friends in KK. I also submit my extension application to an IO in division 4, which has to be approved by KK regional office.

So the same officials that you seem to think create problems, also approve my extension without any problems. Makes you think who's at fault.

Let my fingers do the walk'n...googled immigration agent HH and there are about 10 offices within a kilometer of the office.  I will set up an interviewing trip on my calander...

Bemused at what you claim to be unique, it's been suggested you may be referring to;

1. It's above a bus station, upper floor, no lift. Handicapped - Ring the bell.
2. There is a wedding chapel with rent a witness.

If it's handicapped access, you haven't seen Amnat Charoen Immigrations access

So you do know someone who has been to KK Office - why take so long to say that?

It is NOIT a matter at being at fault you twit. KK imposes things that were not done in any other Office to either me or anyone I know who uses other Offices. 

I think you believe you are the reincarnation of UbonJoe (RIP).  But you are just argumentative and trying to prove everyone else wrong. There is no fault - I did not like they way they treated me/wife and how they imposed BS upon us.

I submit at an Immigration office in division 4, where the application has to be approved by the regional office in KK. There is no difference in the required documents submitted at my IO and that of KK.

Because I may have a different opinion does not make me argumentative.
KK officers are known to be on the take for 'tea money' and perhaps a reason why they give you a hard time.
Your wife should have minimal conversation with them, as it's your application, not hers.
