What were they doing at 4.30am? They are supposed to be resting at home. The only way to stop such things are, first confescate all the motorcycle and cursh them in to scrap metal using the road roller engine. So that in future no one will lend these teenagers the motorcycle Second find out the owner of the motorcycle and pull them to court for lending their motorcycle for an illegal act. Third, just strip down the pants of the teenagers and give them nice whacking on their buttock so that they can't squat early morning in their toilets for at least few weeks.
