Sultan allegedly followed the victim into the sauna room and suddenly kissed her on the mouth.

 

Sultan then walked to the bathroom near the sauna room and asked the victim to follow him. The victim said she followed Sultan because she thought there was an issue in the bathroom. However, Sultan kissed her again and sexually assaulted her.

According to the victim, she was forced to provide oral sex before she was raped. Sultan reportedly said he felt pain in his back and stopped the sexual assault but he said he would return to the sauna for sex the next day. 

 

Looks like some understanding and committment issue. With the right remunerations, it will be resolved amicably.
