Once it's up and running,  it'll be a great trip.  Hopefully they will allow booze on this one. 

Be nice to sit in a dining car with a cold ale watching the countryside gliding by. 

Unless it's a bullet train and then you could order from your seat. 

Looking forward to seeing it completed.

16km....takes 4 years to complete? Just keep the fingers crossed....it will not be done that fast as that 16km is giving locals some economical benefit.

Make it easier for all those zero dollar tourists! Also be handy when China finally takes over Thailand.

I think they have it completely wrong.

What is needed is a medium speed freight train, to bring in the cheap goodies. Tracks in both directions even!

That's the last thing Thailand needs, more Chinese imports of their cheap, unreliable sxxt.
