So this guy secures a position then cries cause his qualifications are fake? 

Surely he would know what studies and what exams he needed to pass in order to get the qualifications.

Looks like he is trying to twist to play holy. May be someone might have caught him red-handed for fake degree. So he just cry "Wolf" first for an escape plan
