Better leave Phuket unless they improve the drainage systems. Most of the time there are only lame excuses in many incidences. No action is being taken for the rectification. SG was under water in such a situation during the late 80's and early 90's. But now no matter how heavy the rainfall is...no flooding at all. That should be the way for Phuket. Not blaming the weather always. It is like a rapist blaming his alcoholic behaviour for his rape.
