Unbelievable another fatal shooting.  Seems to be happening a lot lately. I've just edited this as there are more shooting stories in the news.  A total of 6 deaths by shooting. 

. 

Jealous ex husbands or disgruntled employees. Neither of which seem to know any idea about conflict resolution.  Tragic results.
