there is no question in my opinion that women from the north east are more beautiful. Korat, Buriram, Surin Ubon Ratchathani, Roi Et, Kalasin, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani.  

Obviously Bangkok, Pattaya and to a certain degree Phuket have beautiful women but most are transplants from up north.
