"Amarin TV later reported that the hotel presented a counterfeit autopsy report to the family, and police officers were suspected of being involved in this action"

.

.

No surprise that (for a fee no doubt) the Royal Thai Police would be happy to cover up a crime. Seems a shame that the hotel is not named in the article. One can but hope that in the follow up to this both the hotel owners and the police concerned will be charged but as no doubt the hotel owners will be 'connected' I am not holding my breath.

My Thai GF, or I'd say "friend" was staying with me in Patong

She was driving a MB with my friend's 15yr old neice from Scotland

A drunk Thai guy hit them and the young girl died

The disgusting manner the Phuket police handled the case was well.....disgusting

Passing around pics of the dead girl in front of us

Almost mocking us

Then intimidating my GF to not testify

Giving out my address to the suspect and his family

The police harrassed my GF so bad, she had to flee Phuket

Why can't they name the hotel? When someone give some bad comments about the hotel services, all these hotels pull up their sleeves and demand a public apology or compensation and the hotel name is mentioned in the report. Why can't that be done in this case?
