So many stupid people think they can come here and break the law without the cops catching them.

They may get away with it initially, and when they get caught they wonder why/how.

I wonder how many of these idiots check what the penalties are and conditions of prisons in Thailand before they take these risks.

It certainly ain't any cushy number like western detention systems.  Does that even worry them?
