Sukhothai-style Noodles (ก๋วยเตี๋ยวแห้งสุโขทัย)

With red cooked pork and a lump of palm sugar, these dry-style noodles definitely skew to the sweeter side of hot-and-sour. Absolutely addictive. Any good bets for finding these in Bangkok or other major cities?

This photo was taken at a shop in the Si Satchanalai District, about an hour north of Sukhothai Historical Park.

(I have been to สมทรงโภชนาวัดสังเวช in Bangkok, a bit up from Phra Athit pier, and it was decent but insanely slow.)

Agree these are the best noodles in Thailand! I always order 4 bowls: 2 wet and 2 dry.

My favorite shop was near Thammasat University in Bangkok. Though I doubt it’s still there since the dine in ban.
